Denair Cemetery is a non-endowment cemetery. This means it relies on donations from the community for improvements and upkeep.

The Denair Cemetery Association, TIN #23-7386914, is a nonprofit organization that is exempt from federal income tax as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All contributions to the Association are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. The Internal Revenue Service does not allow a charitable contribution for the value of goods received.
